If you have not attended a class and would like to cancel your registration, you can be refunded the cost of the class minus a $25 processing fee, or opt for an account credit for the full amount.

You can view your gymnast's skill evaluation on the parent portal. If all skills have been mastered for their current level (meaning they have 3 stars on each skill listed for all 4 events), your child is ready to move up to the next class. Missing stars means your child should continue in the same level.
