Policies

  • Our staff will do their best to redirect students who are acting out or behaving inappropriately during class. However, if the behavior of any child is affecting the safety of another individual, including the coach, the child may be asked to sit out for the remainder of that class, or be removed from the class for the duration of the session. We absolutely do not condone teasing or bullying of any kind at Rebels Gymnastics. If that kind of behavior is spotted or brought to our attention during a class time, the student committing the act will be pulled aside immediately and asked to sit out for the remainder of the class.

  • If your child does not have prior gymnastics experience, please register them for the age appropriate entry beginner level class--- 5 years old = Kinders; 6-7 years old = Beginner 1; 8-12 years old = Beginner 8+; 13+ years old = Teen Girls. Progress reports can be viewed on the parent portal. If you have questions about your child's progress, please ask your child's coach before or after class, or email our Recreational Director - Lisa Sundquist; rgc.lisahillman@gmail.com.

  • If your gymnast has missed, or plans to miss a class, they are eligible to redeem up to two open gym passes, per session. To receive a pass for a missed class, please contact our Recreational Director - Lisa Sundquist; rgc.lisahillman@gmail.com. Passes are good for one free entrance to any Preschool or All Ages open gym! Passes expire at the end of each session.

  • Refunds will be given for any unused class sessions if requested prior to the second week of a session, less a $25.00 processing fee. Credits will only be given for injuries or approved circumstances. Injuries, with a doctor's note, will be credited to your account for all missed classes during the session, per the date of the note. The doctor's note must be provided during the same session to receive the credit. Credits will be good for up to one year after being issued. The credit must be used towards a future session/class, it will not be available as a refund. The annual Anniversary Fee is non-refundable.

  • Tables, chairs, bleachers, etc. are available in both the Mini and Big gyms for your viewing pleasure. We ask that chairs remain in their respective spots while being utilized. Additionally, it is important that BOTH viewing areas be a distraction free zone for our gymnasts and staff. For the safety of both your gymnast and our coaching staff, please use this space for quiet viewing only. We ask that you do not partake in conversations with your gymnast while they are in the gym and hard at work. If you need your gymnast for any reason during class, please ensure you get the coaching staff's attention versus shouting for your child.
